We have prepared 14-Modules of study materials for Paper I & II. Immediately after receiving the application, we will send you the modules. 30 Hours classroom coaching will be conducted immediately after exam notification by the Controller of Patents in New Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata. The venue of the coaching will be communicated later.

APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS A TRADEMARK AGENT IS OPEN ACCORDING TO TRADEMARKS RULES NOTIFIED ON THE 6TH DAY OF MARCH, 2017.
1). The application shall be made in duplicate and submitted to the Regional Trade Marks Registry.
2). On receipt of an Application Form, the Registrar of Trade Marks appoints a date in due course on which the candidate will appear for Examination in Trade Marks Law and Practice.
3). Application Fee: Rs 5,000/-[E-filing Rs.4,500/-]
